Wonderful phone customer service. I have been online shopping for years. All items have been good. One item was too small. I returned it UPS, received a credit card credit. Oh La - I'm now ordering Christmas gifts for myself and friends !!! Good going SUNDANCE !!

I have been a customer of Sundance for at least 15 years and much has changed. The prices (which were always high) have gotten higher. But the quality has gone down. Some of my recent purchases were comparable to $40 dresses on Amazon, for which Sundance charges $168. More disturbing, the return handling is abysmal. After 5 weeks have passed and no credit appears, I have to call (sometimes twice) to request they process my return. They blame this on staff shortages due to COVID (just like everyone does now) but somehow they manage to ship items and charge on time. I still shop on Sundance but not as often or liberally.

I placed my first (and last) ever order for a WAY overpriced embroidered henley. It was in the online store, it said “in stock”, but as soon as my payment processed I get a back order email. My item is back ordered? What a bunch of s#%t! Now I get to wait a month, ohhhh lucky me. Do yourself a favor, don’t believe this store, it’s bulls#%t!

Ordered summer dress. No feedback on website that it was out of stock. Will ship aug 22 when summer almost over. Called customer service. Because of delay wanted to change size. Created new order but discount not appearing on new order print out sent to me. I called 2 customer service people that explained why the print out count not display the correct amount(crazy) and were argumentative and condescending that I did not understand their convoluted inefficient system. Obviously they have not worked at a company with good business systems. So It's july, i'm waiting for my item to ship at the end of august and I have no printed proof that I am getting the discount. I wont be ordering anything else from you

I live in Utah and have spent a load of money in the last 10 years at Sundance Catalog. When I went to return 3 items that were badly made and not worth the money I paid, I was told I could not return at the outlet store. Ok. But there are 20 in fees to return. That after the items were so badly made that I can't even use them. Please people if you are shopping at Sundance beware. The items look great in the catalog but mostly come from China and are awful. So I am out 400 and if I return them 20 more and then others are stating that they are not getting refunded for months. I went into the outlet today and was aghast. Merchandise all over the floor I could not walk through the aisles. When did Sundance become synonymous with Walmart (Walmart is better). The sales lady was nice but a bit short with me and I don't blame her. What a dump. I bought a Manos Zalopectas purse for 218, which is already pulling, a Wild Horse cap for 35 and a Chan Liu wrap bracelet that I could not clasp because the leather hole was too tight. Sad and very very disappointing to see this happen.

Ordered in June, paid for shipping. Didn't like the product, they agreed to refund but deduction for return shipping…. Mailed product back, they received July 1…. After numerous emails they tell me that refunds are given in the order received and they are currently issuing refunds for June 27th. Do they only have one person in the whole company issuing refunds? They've been using MY money for 6 weeks. It's quicker to get a refund from eBay. This is a high end company, you'd think they could have enough staff to take care of this in a timely manner. They sure have plenty of people answering emails will not order from them again. I'm really surprised at this

The pictures in the Sundance Catalog show gorgeous photos that are deceiving. When the item arrives the quality is cheap and the colors don't match the photos. I tried ordering 3 different times and had the same experience. The items are way overpriced. With each order the shipping is outrageous--a tiny pair of earrings is $9.95 to ship. With returns, they bill right away for the exchange item, but the return credits are very slow to process. When they process the credit, they deduct original shipping and tax on that shipping. In short, they rip people off at every opportunity. Between the poor quality and return rip-offs, I had a difficult time using up a gift card credit. After 3 returns for poor quality, the shipping and taxes ate up a lot of my gift card.

Sundance Catalog has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for a $4,000 Jes Maharry bracelet and I canceled the order because I was disgusted by the deplorable, incompetent, rude, and obnoxious so-called customer service agents. Let them go get $4k from someone else. I work too hard for my earnings and I WILL NOT BE ABUSED by a bunch of agents who aren’t trained any better than these folks are.

Given all the recent promos Sundance seems to run constantly, it must be pretty hard up for business. My advice, train your agents better so they don’t lose both the company and the artists' business.

These idiotic customer service agents don’t seem to get that customer orders are what keeps them employed otherwise Sundance could easily downsize and most likely will if they continue to lose business.

Sundance does not stand by their sales, or their products. Not what they used to be by any means. I would avoid the hassle.
